We spend our days running β between screens, schedules, messages, demands. The noise doesn't stop. Even when we sit still, the mind keeps going.
Owl's Watch is a space to stop. To step out of all of it β the rushing, the obligations, the constant hum β and just be still. No program. No curriculum. Just a mountain, a forest, and the kind of silence most of us have forgotten exists.

SATURDAY MORNINGS
Every Saturday morning, Owl's Watch opens its doors for three hours of stillness and nature.
The morning might include meditation on one of our forest platforms, light stretching, a quiet walk through the trails, a reading, time for sitting and reflection β or simply being still and letting the mountain do the work. Each morning is different. We follow the energy of the day and the group.
No experience necessary. No teachers. No agenda. Just a morning away from the noise.

Free. A $10.000 COP donation is collected to fund mindfulness activities for young people in Manizales.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes, a warm layer, a rain jacket, and an open mind. Everything else is provided.

Bring your retreat to the mountain. Owl's Watch hosts half-day and full-day mindfulness retreats β either guided by us or designed around your own program. The forest, the platforms, the trails, and the salon space are yours.
